Two girls still crouched in the bushes with their hands over their faces, they heard the voice of the Witch calling out.

About the word 'horn': it has many meanings.
The meaning in this context is the one of a musical instrument.

Also what do you think about the book? Is it funny or do you think it is sad? Which characters do you like and which don't you like, and why?
